Role Overview
Spearhead our zero-trust access framework, IAM policy automation, and enterprise compliance posture across products and corporate infrastructure. Design automated security guardrails that guarantee continuous compliance across all engineering environments.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ 8+ years of dedicated experience in corporate & infrastructure security, IAM architecture, and compliance engineering.
- ✓ Direct experience leading multi-entity SOC-2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA audits to zero-exception outcomes.
- ✓ Mastery of Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD), OIDC/SAML2 protocols, and automated RBAC/ABAC policy engines (OPA/Cedar).
- ✓ Experience implementing automated SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secret management (HashiCorp Vault), and continuous posture monitoring.
- ✓ Proficiency writing custom audit scripts and automated evidence collection daemons in Python or Go.
