Role Overview
Ensure five-nines (99.999%) platform availability across EyesOn client solutions. Architect high-cardinality distributed observability, automated remediation, and proactive chaos engineering simulations across multi-cloud topologies.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ 9+ years of SRE experience operating high-traffic, mission-critical distributed production platforms.
- ✓ Deep mastery of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and distributed tracing at scale.
- ✓ Hands-on implementation of automated chaos experiments (Chaos Mesh, Gremlin) and automated failover verification.
- ✓ Extensive background in Linux kernel internals, TCP/IP networking, eBPF telemetry, and storage I/O performance tuning.
- ✓ Proven ability to establish rigorous SLO/SLI budgets, blameless post-mortem culture, and on-call automation.
